Alan exhibited his show "CLOUDLAND" (“ Impossible Skies – About the Weather) at the Factory Gallery-Brisbane in March with 35 new works including paintings and drawings based on the weather and unforseen elements within. These are hugely experimental and expressionistic works derived from a new landscape in Australia. By introducing abstract hidden shapes underneath cloud forms he has created hybrid images suggesting pockets of weather within the atmosphere.
